A Subscriber is an active participant in AlphaNet Canada’s personalized support program. Subscribers receive one-on-one outreach at a pace that suits them, personalized disease management support, and access to tools and resources via the AlphaNet Canada patient portal. This enhanced engagement is designed to provide ongoing, individualized guidance, consistent connection, and support tailored to their needs.

Enrollee

An Enrollee is connected to AlphaNet Canada through our broader community network. Enrollees receive monthly email updates from the Alpha-1 patient community and invitations to virtual sessions with subject-matter experts. They are also welcome to contact any member of the AlphaNet Canada team at any time for information about Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency or support navigating the health system. This option offers a flexible way to stay informed and engaged with the Alpha-1 community.
